An outdoor kitchen for a king. The owners wanted to be able to use the space year-around. The covered roof and ceiling-mounted heaters allow them to enjoy the space even if is raining. The kitchen has a wood-fired pizza oven, gas bbq, sink, fridge, outdoor television, and many more amenities that make this a phenomenal place to entertain or just relax.
An artistic place to store firewood for the pizza oven. Rather than keep the wood hidden in a corner, the owners commissioned me to create a special piece that would be a focal point, but also be easy to access and would keep their wood dry.
This gate was a designed from a picture of a tattoo on the owner's son in law's back. They liked his tattoo and wanted to surprise him- and he was surprised to come over one and see his tattoo cut out of steel.
One of the most magical parts of this project is the stream. The sound of water runs through the entire backyard. The stream "begins" at the spa waterfall at the top of the hill, and ends at the waterfall that drops 3 feet into the pool.
