We can't say enough about David and his crew. David took our 'yard' from a disaster of dirt, weeds, and dead grass to the oasis we had always dreamed about. From our first communication, we were immediately impressed with David. Throughout the process he was friendly and professional, responding to emails in a timely manner and addressing any thoughts or concerns we had. David also followed through on everything he said he'd do and was very responsive to our needs and requests during the process.
When we hired David, we had rough plans from a landscape designer, but David used his expertise to really improve upon it in a number of ways and help it come to life. David has an excellent eye for design and was really able to visualize our yard and make some helpful recommendations during the design phase of the project.
Our project was a large one (including gardens, new trees and plants, three fences, a deck, sail shades, gravel walkways, lights, irrigation, and a gas fire pit) and yet the work moved along at an impressive pace and finished on schedule. We shouldn't have to point this out, but in our experience this is the exception and certainly not the norm. Like David, his crew was professional and worked incredibly hard.
Our project was finished in the fall and almost every day we look at our yard and remark to one another how much we love it.
Lastly, David is a genuinely nice guy. He is super pleasant to be around and is clearly devoted to his craft. We can't recommend him strongly enough!

David Fowler is the intersection of art, design, engineering and customer service. Our entire yard was an eyesore. Except for a few oaks we had scrub, weeds and rocks. Our wish list was a fire pit, putting green, irrigation and lighting. We had worked with another landscaper for months. We were told that a fire pit was impossible. Also, because of existing stone work some areas could not have irrigation or lighting. The plan they gave us was uninspired and considerably over budget. We contacted David. What a wonderful experience! He produced a plan that was beyond our expectations. Fire pit, irrigation and lighting no problem. Also, a beautiful curved stone stairway to the fire pit and a custom iron gate and guardrail that are works of art. Beautiful plantings and an irrigation system so efficient there has been only a minimal rise in our water bill. We have had several neighbors comment that the lighting is “breathtaking”.
David and his crew could not have been more accommodating or professional. And, the entire project was on budget!
We enthusiastically recommend David for any landscaping needs.

“We hired David to redesign our entire yard- almost half acre. Our home is built on a rather steep slope and faces due South. David listened to our wants/thoughts and came back with a proposal that allowed us options to select for a final design. Besides the plants and plantings It included new infra-structure: drip irrigation with control system, lighting, steps, a small pond.
We could not be more pleased with the results! We now have a private garden to relax in along with an appealing front landscape that adds beauty to our street. “
